Mr.A.Selvendran, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 2 & 3, relying upon the proceedings dated 31.08.2023 of the Commissioner, Komarapalayam Municipality along with the photographs, submitted that the order passed by this Court dated 14.11.2022 has been duly complied with by removing the compound wall in the site in question.

2. Placing on record the aforementioned proceedings with the photographs, no further orders are necessary.
