O R D E R

This revision arises against the judgment dated 04.08.2017 made in C.A.No.130 of 2016 on the file of I Additional District and Sessions Judge, Coimbatore, confirming the judgment dated 16.09.2016 made in C.C.No.32 of 2015 on the file of Fast Track Court, Magesterial Level-II, Coimbatore.

2. It is reported by the learned counsel for the appellant, as per the direction of this Court dated 30.01.2018 the entire cheque amount taken by way of demand draft to hand over to the respondent counsel. The respondent counsel also agreed the same and he has also received the cheque today i.e., 16.02.2018.

3. Heard, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing for the respondent.

4. In view of the settlement arrived at between parties, the Criminal Revision Case shall stand allowed. Accordingly, the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

offence under section 138 of the Negotiable Instrument Act shall stand compounded. Petitioner shall stand acquitted from the conviction under section 138 of the Negotiable Instrument Act. Fine amount, if any, paid by the petitioner shall be refunded to him.
