(CR NO.1078/2020) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner that he shall report before the respondent police every Monday at 10.30 A.M until further orders in Crl.MP.No. 10551 of 2021 in Crl.OP.No. 72 of 2021 by its order dated 20.10.2021 and thus render justice.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. C.MOHANRAJ, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.A.GOKULAKRISHNAN Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.MP.No.10551 of 2021 in Crl.O.P.No.72 of 2021 on 20.10.2021.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified to that effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on first and fifteenth day of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. All other conditions remain unaltered.
