This petition has been filed seeking to quash the First Information Report in Crime No.36 of 2021 on the file of first respondent police.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Government Advocate [Crl.side] submitted that investigation in the case was completed and final report was filed and the case is now pending in C.C.No.666 of 2022 on the file of Judicial Magistrate VII, Coimbatore.

3. In view of the above development, nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition.

Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is closed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. If the petitioners are aggrieved by the pending proceedings in C.C.No.666 of 2022 on the file of Judicial Magistrate VII, Coimbatore, it is left open to them to work out their remedy 2/4

in the manner known to law.
