ORDER

The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file a Revision under Section 10-A of the Tamil Nadu Land Encroachment Act, 1905. The learned counsel has also made an endorsement to the said effect.

2. In view of the above, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Liberty is given to the petitioner to file a Revision before the Revisional Authority under Section 10-A of the Tamil Nadu Land Encroachment Act, 1905. No costs.
