Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st and 2nd respondents to grant permission to conduct the cultural programme of Adal Padal on 17.01.2019 from 07.00 p.m., to 12.00 p.m., at "Sri Veerakaran Temple Festival" Ottaiyurpudur Village, Parali Post, Mohanur taluk, Namakkal District by consider and pass orders on the representation dated 04.01.2019 made by the petitioner within the time frame as may be fixed by this Hon'ble Court.

O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the 1st and 2nd respondents to grant permission to conduct the cultural programme of Adal Padal on 17.01.2019 from 07.00 P.M, to 12.00 P.M., at "Sri Veerakaran Temple Festival" Ottaiyurpudur Village, Parali Post, Mohanur taluk, Namakkal District by considering the representation dated 04.01.2019 made by the petitioner.

2. Today, when this matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents would submit that the representation of the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

petitioner dated 04.01.2019 has already been considered by the second respondent and permission has already been granted to him for conducting the aforesaid cultural programmee. He has also produced the representation dated 04.01.2019 with an endorsement made by the second respondent granting permission to the petitioner.

3. Recording the same, this Writ Petition stands closed. No costs.
