ORDER

The present petition is filed to transpose the present Revision into an Appeal.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the Revision has been filed against the Judgment of the appellate Court acquitting the respondent of the offence under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act. He would submit that the petitioner ought to have filed an appeal against acquittal.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner's request is justified.
