ORDER

The petitioner/wife seeks transfer of H.M.O.P.No.1753 of 2024 on the file of the Principal Family Court, Coimbatore, to the file of the Family Court at Chennai.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the respondent. 3.The learned counsel for the respondent fairly submits that the respondent has no serious objection for the transfer petition being entertained subject to protecting the interest of the respondent/husband. 4.In the light of the above, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is ordered as prayed for, with a direction to the Family Court, Chennai to take up the hearing in H.M.O.P.No.1753 of 2024 either by itself or assign it to any other Family Courts subject to pendency of cases before the Family Courts at Chennai. It is made clear that the Family Court, Chennai shall not insist on the physical appearance of both the parties, unless it is absolutely necessary and the parties are permitted to be represented by their counsel or authorised agents on other dates.
