ORDER

Mrs.P.Selvi, learned Government Advocate takes notice for the Respondents.

2. This Writ Petition is being disposed of at the stage of admission itself with the consent of the learned counsel for the Petitioner and the learned Government Advocate for the Respondents.

3. In this Writ Petition, the Petitioner has sought for a direction to the 1st Respondent to remove the impugned attachment made in the Petitioner's property in Document No.18796/2014 dated 06.01.2026 and consequently direct the 2nd Respondent to remove the entries made over the subject property.

4. The facts of the case is that the subject property was settled in favour of the Petitioner by his father vide settlement deed dated 05.12.2014 by a registered Document No.18796 of 2014.

5. The Petitioner appears to have made out a prima facie case on merits for grant of relief sought for in this Writ Petition. 2/4

6. Therefore, there shall be a direction to the Respondents to consider the Petitioner's representation dated 13.12.2025 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law in respect of the impugned attachment made on 06.01.2026 of the Petitioner's property.

7. Needless to state, the Petitioner shall be heard before such appropriate orders are passed.

8. This Writ Petition stands disposed of with the above observations. No costs. Connected Writ Miscellaneous Petition is closed. 23.02.2026 jas To:
