ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking to relax the condition imposed on 25.11.2025 in Crl.A.No.1771 of 2025 that the petitioners should appear before the respondent police on every Tuesday and Sunday at 10.30 a.m. for a period of four months.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police, on instructions, submits that the petitioners are complying with the conditions imposed by this Court without any deviation. 3.Considering the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that the petitioners are complying with the conditions regularly, the order dated 25.11.2025 made in Crl.A.No.1771 of 2025 is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police once in 15 days at 10.30 a.m. until further orders. All other conditions remain unaltered.
