This Civil Revision Petition has been filed against the order dated 05.11.2009 made in E.P.No.135 of 2009 in A.R.C.No.301 of 2007 on the file of the learned Subordinate Judge, Neyveli.
2. When the Civil Revision Petition is taken up for consideration, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners produced a copy of the receipt issued by the decree holder stating that the amount has been settled.
3. The learned counsel appearing for the first respondent has also submitted before this Court that the amount has been settled and he has no objection for setting aside the order of the trial Court.
4. In view of the settlement affected between the parties, the order of attachment passed by the Court below is set aside and E.P.No.135 of 2009 in A.R.C.No.301 of 2007 on the file of learned Subordinate Judge, Neyveli, is hereby terminated.
5. With the above directions, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs.
