This Contempt Petition is filed praying to punish the Respondents for non-compliance of the order dated 07.01.2021 passed by this Court in W.P.No.301 of 2021.
When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the Petitioner as also the learned Government Advocate appearing for the Respondents submitted that, the order under contempt has been complied with and that, the Petitioner has been reinstated into service. To that effect, learned Government Advocate produced a copy of the proceedings vide Na.Ka.No.999/A3/2020, dated 20.04.2022 passed by the District Educational Officer, Udayarpalayam.

As the order under contempt has been complied with, this Contempt Petition is closed. If the Petitioner has any grievance, it is open to him to put forth the same in accordance with law.
