ORDER

This miscellaneous petition has been filed to relax condition no. 1 that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police every day at 10.30 a.m. until further orders imposed by this Court in Crl.A.No.1872 of 2025 dated 17.12.2025.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. Mr. S. Balaji, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), appearing for the respondents 1 and 2, states that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the condition.

4. In view of the same, the condition imposed in para no.10(i) of the judgment passed in Crl.A.No.1872 of 2025 dated 17.12.2025 is modified, and the petitioner is directed to appear once in 15 days before the respondent police until further orders. All other conditions imposed by this Court shall remain unaltered.
