Respondents Prayer : Writ Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents in particular 4th respondent to measure the land as per new patta granted for petitioners property comprised old Survey Number 425/1 bearing Plot No. 92 situated at No.17 Thandurai Village Modern City Avadi Taluk Thiruvallur District. O R D E R

The prayer sought for herein is for a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents in particular 4th respondent to measure the land as per new patta granted for petitioners property comprised old Survey Number 425/1 bearing Plot No. 92 situated at No.17 Thandurai Village Modern City Avadi Taluk Thiruvallur District.

2. The petitioner, in order to survey his property situated at Plot No. 922, No.17, Thandurai Village, Modern City, Avadi Taluk, Thiruvallur District, had given a representation on 08.12.2022 and in order to consider the same the present writ petition has been filed.

3. Heard Mr.M.Saravanakumar, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.R.P.Muruganraja, learned Government Advocate for the respondents.

4. Learned Government Advocate submits that, let the petitioner make payment of the necessary fee to be paid by him for surveying the land. On receipt of the same, the petitioner's representation would be considered and the needful would be undertaken.

5. Considering the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate, this Court is inclined to dispose of this writ petition with the following order.

"That there shall be a direction to the 3rd respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 08.12.2022 submitted by the petitioner after receipt of necessary fee to be paid by the petitioner in this regard and do the needful to survey the land of the petitioner and complete the same within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order."

6. With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of.
