ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed to quash the order bearing ROC.No.68000/2012/E3 dated 20.03.2013 of the first respondent, confirming the order of removal bearing Na.Ka.14556/2010/PAE2 dated 07.06.2012 passed by the second respondent and further direct the respondents to reinstate the petitioner with back wages. 2.

Today when the petition is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the sole petitioner died.

Though the sole petitioner died long back, his legal representatives did not take any steps to substitute themselves as parties to this proceeding.

Hence, this Writ Petition is dismissed for default. There shall be no order as to cost.
