ORDER
This petition has been filed seeking to relax the condition imposed on 25.11.2025 in Crl.A.No.1765 of 2025 that the petitioner should appear before the respondent police on every Tuesday and Sunday at 10.30 a.m. for a period of four months.
2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police, on instructions, submits that the petitioner is complying with the conditions imposed by this Court without any deviation. 3.Considering the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly, the order dated 25.11.2025 made in Crl.A.No.1765 of 2025 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police once in 15 days at 10.30 a.m. until further orders. All other conditions remain unaltered.
