This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for a direction to direct the learned XIV Metropolitan Magistrate Court, Egmore, Chennai to commit the case in PRC.No.43 of 2017 (on the file of the Inspector of Police, Thousand Lights Police Station, Chennai) to the appropriate Court and to expedite the trial.

2. Taking note of the facts and circumstances of the case, there shall be a direction to the learned XIV Metropolitan Magistrate Court, Egmore, Chennai, to complete the proceedings in PRC.No.43 of 2017, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of copy of this order and report https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

before this Court after completion of the proceedings.
