Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect. He also prayed that the petitioners may be granted with a liberty to file a fresh civil revision petition.

2. In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, this Civil Revision Petition stands dismissed as withdrawn.
