JUDGMENT

(Judgment of the Court was delivered by R.SUDHAKAR, J.) This appeal has been filed by the Husband questioning the correctness of the order of the Family Court, Erode, directing him to pay interim maintenance of a sum of Rs.3,000/- per month to his wife and child.

2. Though several grounds have been raised challenging the order dated 13.03.2015 passed in I.A.No.20 of 2014, the learned counsel appearing for the appellant prays for the early disposal of the I.D.O.P.No.1 of 2014, pending on the file of Family Court, Erode.

3. No serious objection is raised on the side of the respondent for the plea made by the learned counsel for the appellant.

Accordingly, without going into the merits of the matter, the Principal Judge, Family Court, Erode, is directed to dispose of the main I.D.O.P.No.1 of 2014, pending on his file on or before 30th June 2016.
