O R D E R

This Contempt petition has been filed to punish the respondent for willful disobedience of the order dated 25.02.2019 passed by this court in W.P.No.14885 of 2014.

2. This court while passing an order in W.P.No.14885 of 2014, on 25.02.2019 held as follows:

" The impugned order is quashed and remitted to the second respondent (respondent herein) to consider afresh in the light of the judgments of the Hon'ble Supreme Court cited supra (State of Rejasthan V. Daya Lal, (2011) 2 SCC 429: (2011) 1 SCC ( L & S) 340: AIR 2011 SC 1193) and pass appropriate orders on merits in accordance with law, within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of the copy of the order" .

3. Pursuant to the order passed by this court cited supra, the 2nd respondent had passed an order dated 12.06.2019, rejecting the request of the petitioners. Therefore, It is open to the petitioners to work out their remedy in the manner known to law.
