This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash FIR in Crime No.11of 2015 on the file of the respondent Police.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the 1st respondent submitted that after completion of investigation in Crime No.11 of 2015, further action was dropped and closed. Hence, the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous.

3.In view of the above submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, nothing survives for adjudication in this petition and hence, the same is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
