O R D E R

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed seeking for an early disposal of the suit in O.S.No.192 of 2019 pending on the file of the learned District Munsif Court, Tiruppur.

2. 'B Diary' extract which has been annexed to the revision petition would indicate that the suit has been pending at the stage of trial from 3/10/2024 and the suit had been filed in 2019 and issues had been framed on 15/10/2020. Therefore, taking into account the above, this Court feels that in the interest of justice, learned District Munsif, Tiruppur may be directed to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.192 of 2019, to meet the ends of justice.

3. Accordingly, the learned District Munsif, Tiruppur, is directed to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.192 of 2019, as expeditiously as possible, not later than seven months, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2/4

4. With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
