[Order of the Court was made by A.SELVAM, J.] This Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to trace out and produce the detenu by name D.Shankar, brother of the petitioner.

2. The petitioner is present and he has been identified by his counsel.

3.The third respondent viz., Inspector of Police, K4, Anna Nagar Police Station, has produced the detenu and he has been identified by the petitioner.

4. Considering the above said facts and circumstances, the relief sought for in the present petition has become infructuous.

5. In fine, this petition is dismissed.
