Prayer :- Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 13.12.2021 within such time as may be fixed by this Court and consequently pay the compensation payable to the petitioner.

ORDER

This writ petition is filed for direction directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 13.12.2021 within such time as may be fixed by this Court and consequently pay the compensation payable to the petitioner.

2. Heard, Mr.Yashod Vardhan, the learned counsel for the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

petitioner, and Mr.G.Ameedius, Government Advocate appearing for the respondents.

3. Without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the first respondent is directed to conduct enquiry on the representation of the petitioner dated 13.12.2021 and, after issuance of notice to the petitioner and giving him opportunity of hearing, pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
