This civil revision petition has been filed seeking a direction upon the Additional District Munsif, Alandur to dispose of the pending IA.No.965 of 2019 in O.S.No.654 of 2013 within the stipulated time 1/4

frame.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the revision petitioner is the 2nd defendant in the suit and suit was dismissed on 01.03.2019. The plaintiff has filed an application in I.A.No.965 of 2019 before the Additional District Munsif, Alandur to restore the suit which was dismissed for default and pending consideration from the year 2019.

3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.

4. Further, pursuant to the direction of this Court, the Registry, on verification through e-filing, has reported that the total pendency of the learned Additional District Munsif, Alandur is 398 cases.

5. Considering the nature of the proceedings and also the total pendency of the cases, the learned Additional District Munsif, Alandur is directed to dispose of the pending I.A.No.965 of 2019, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2/4
