This petition has been filed to direct the learned Judicial Magistrate No.VI, Coimbatore to expedite the hearing in C.M.P.No.9010 of 2014 in D.V.No.156 of 2014 and pass the appropriate orders.

2. It is represented by the learned counsel for the petitioner that D.V.No.156 of 2014, on the file of the Judicial Magistrate Court No.VI, Coimbatore has been dismissed as withdrawn on 06.01.2016.

3. In view of the above submission, nothing survives for adjudication in this petition. Therefore, the Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
