ORDER

Mr. K. Rajendra Prasad, learned Government Advocate, accepts notice for the respondents. With consent, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal, at the admission stage itself. This writ petition has been preferred seeking a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to dispose of the petitioner's representations dated 20.01.2017, 06.02.2017 and 20.02.2017.

Since all the three petitioners are admitted in the Children Observation Home as inmates and they are also trained in skilled work like Electrician, Fitter, etc., the petitioners 1,2 and 3 addressed representations dated 20.02.2017, 06.02.2017 and 20.01.2017 respectively, to the second respondent seeking appointment and as these representations have been remaining unconsidered, the petitioners have preferred this writ petition seeking the aforestated relief.

Considering the limited scope of the relief sought by the petitioners, without going into the merits of the case, the second respondent is directed to consider and pass orders on the petitioners' representations dated 20.02.2017, 06.02.2017 and 20.01.2017 on their own merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

The writ petition stands disposed of with the above direction. Costs made easy.
