This petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the 2nd respondent to transfer the case pending in Crime No.9 of 2018 to the file of the 3rd respondent Police in order to conduct the investigation in this case.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions would submit that the police themselves are taking steps to transfer the case to the 3rd respondent, who is the concerned jurisdiction Police to investigate this case. 3.This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of, with a direction to the 2nd respondent to immediately handover the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

entire case diary to the 3rd respondent, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order in order to enable the 3rd respondent to continue further with the investigation.
