JUDGEMENT When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel for the plaintiff submits that the matter has been amicably settled between the parties out of Court and he seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the suit. He has also made the following endorsement.

"Since the plaintiff has received a sum of Rs.65,00,000/- from the defendant in full and final quit of all claims as an out of Court settlement, this suit is withdrawn".

2. The plaintiff, who is present before this court, has also countersigned in the said endorsement made by the learned counsel for the plaintiff.

3. In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the plaintiff and the plaintiff, the Civil Suit is dismissed as settled out of Court. No costs. The Registry is directed to refund the Court fee to the plaintiff as per rules.
