This petition has been filed for a direction to direct the second respondent not to harass the petitioner.

2. Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents.

3. The matter pertains to the property dispute between the parties. This matter cannot be enquired by the police. Hence, the 2nd respondent is directed to not to harass the petitioner in the name of enquiry and the parties shall be relegated before the appropriate Civil Court.
