In both Crl.O.P.'s For Petitioner : M/s.S.Saravanakumar For Respondent : Mr.R.Ganesh COMMON ORDER This petition is filed to, a)stay all further proceedings in connection with the C.C.No.S.T.C.No.115 of 2016 and C.C.No.S.T.C.No.114 of 2016 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate (Fast Track Court), Ambattur, Tiruvallur District pending disposal of the quash petition.

b)dispense with the personal appearance of the petitioners/accused in S.T.C.No.115 of 2016 and S.T.C.No.114 of 2016 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate (Fast Track Court), Ambattur, Tiruvallur District.

c)to call for the records in connection with S.T.C.No.115 of 2016 and S.T.C.No.114 of 2016 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate (Fast Track Court), Ambattur, Tiruvallur District and quash the same.

2.When these matters are taken up, learned counsel appearing for both the parties submitted that the trial had been conducted in both the cases before the trial Court and it ended in acquittal on 15.12.2021.

3.In view of the disposal of S.T.C.No.115 of 2016 and S.T.C.No.114 of 2016 by the the learned Judicial Magistrate (Fast Track Court), Ambattur, Tiruvallur District, nothing survives in these petitions.

4.In fine, Criminal Original Petitions in Crl.O.P.Nos.20193 & 20194 of 2016 are dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions stand closed.
