ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to quash the First Information Report in Crime No.450 of 2018 on the file of the 1st respondent.

The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the 1st respondent submitted that pursuant to the investigation made in Crime No.450 of 2018, the 1st respondent has closed the case as 'civil in nature' on 31.03.2022. 3.

In view of the above submission, nothing further survives for adjudication in the above petition. Hence, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
