THAMILSELVI CRIMINAL MISCELLANEOUS PETITION No.716 of 2022 IN CRL OP.23567 of 2021 GNANARAJ @ RAJ [ PETITIONER ] Vs STATE REP BY [ RESPONDENT ] THE INSPECTOR OF POLICE, TIRUPPUR SOUTH POLICE STATION, TIRUPPUR DISTRICT 641604 CRIME NO.1582 OF 2021 Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed (i.e.) petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders in the Crl.O.P. 23567 of 2021.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.N.EDWIN JEYAKUMAR, Advocate for the Petitioner and of MR.A.GOKULAKRISHNAN, Additional public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.23567 of 2021 dated 07.12.2021.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is relaxed to that effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation. All other conditions remain unaltered.
