This petition has been filed seeking to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.575 of 2020, on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.VI, Salem.

2.It is brought to the notice of this Court that the trial has progressed substantially and now it is at the stage of calling L.W.13 as witness.
