This writ petition has been filed to direct the respondents to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 25.09.2021 received by the respondents 27.09.2021 th respondent from and direct the respondents 1 to 3 to cancel the name of the 8 property tax at Door No.30, Old No.13, New No.33, Saraojini Street, T.Nagar, Chennai - 600017.

The petitioner acquired the property by virtue of registered Will in Doc.No.49/1975 dated 27.10.1975 registered in SRO, T.Nagar, Chennai - 17. th respondent will get the right over the property after the According to the Will, the 8 th respondent filed writ petition in WP.No.16432 of 2021, petitioner's life time.
