This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order, dated 03.10.2023 in Crl.OP.No.22609 of 2023 to report before the respondent Police on the first Saturday of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is totally relaxed. However, the petitioner shall appear before the trial Court, on all hearing dates, without fail.

4.Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is ordered.
