(Order of the Court was made by T.RAJA, J.) When the matter under the caption 'for reporting compliance' was taken up, both the learned counsel appearing for the appellants and the respondents 2 & 3 jointly submitted that the order of this Court dated 25.8.2021 has been complied with and a cheque amounting to Rs.7,71,187/- bearing cheque no.256448 dated 27.8.2021 drawn on State Bank of India, Chenglepet in favour of the Registrar General, High Court has been issued by the appellants for disbursement to the legal heirs of the deceased first respondent in the writ appeal, namely, respondents 2 & 3.

2. Recording the compliance of the order dated 25.8.2021, Registry is directed to disburse the amount to the respondents 2 & 3, on proper application and verification, forthwith.
