The relief sought by the petitioner in this writ petition to call for the records pertaining to the impugned notification in Advertisement No.4/2012 dated 07.03.2012 on the file of the second respondent and quash the same as illegal to the extent it requires even the Secondary Grade and Graduate Teachers whose selection process commenced prior to 23.08.2010 and appointed after 23.08.2010 at appear for the Teacher Eligibility Test and consequently to direct the respondents to exempt the petitioner from appearing for Teacher Eligibility Test.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the writ petition has been filed seeking exemption in Teachers Eligibility Test and subsequently, the exemption was granted by the second respondent/Teachers Recruitment Board on 22.05.2012. Hence, the matter has become Page No.2 of 5

infructuous.

3. In view of the above submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. 05.02.2024 vm Index :
