This petition has been filed to withdraw HMOP No.31 of 2022 on the file of Family Court, Udhagamandalam, Nilgiri District and to transfer the same to Family court, Coimbatore.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the respondent.
3. It is seen from the records, the respondent filed HMOP No.31 of 2022 on the file of Family Court, Udhagamandalam, Nilgiri District, for divorce. Now the petitioner live with her aged parents in Coimbatore and the distance between Coimbatore and Udhagamandalam is nearly about 100 kilometers.
4. Considering the difficulties faced by the petitioner, this Court is inclined to transfer HMOP No.31 of 2022 on the file of Family Court, Udhagamandalam, Nilgiri District, to Family court, Coimbatore. 5Accordingly, the present Tr.C.M.P. is disposed of, and HMOP No.31 of 2022 pending on the file of Family Court, Udhagamandalam, Nilgiri District, is withdrawn and transferred to the file of the Family Court, Coimbatore. Further, the concerned Court is directed to transfer the records in connection with HMOP No.31 of 2022 within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order to the Family Court, Coimbatore. No costs. Consequently connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
