This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to direct the respondent not to harass the petitioner and his family members in the name of the enquiry and counselling and further direct the respondent to close the petition enquiry based on the petition given de-facto complaint. 2.Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent. 3.The matter pertains to the money dispute between the parties. This matter cannot be enquired by the police.
