Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have filed an application seeking to quash the proceedings before the concerned jurisdictional High Court in Telangana and it is listed tomorrow and thereby he would seek that the matter may be closed, however, the matter having taken up for hearing today, interim protection from arrest may be given to the petitioners.

2. In view of the subsequent development viz., the Telangana High Court has seized of the matter, this Court is of the opinion that no orders as prayed by the learned counsel for the petitioner can been passed. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
