2. The learned counsel for the respondents has no serious objection in allowing this application. However, considering the huge delay in filing the Written Statement of D13 in the above suit, this Court is inclined to allow this application with costs of Rs.2,000/-.

3. Accordingly, this application is allowed with costs of Rs.2,000/- to be paid by the applicant / D13 to the Advocate Clerks Welfare Association, High Court, Madras, on or before 19.04.2022.
