ORDER
This petition has been filed seeking for extension of time to enable the petitioner to offer sureties as per the condition imposed by the Court below while enlarging the petitioner on bail by an order dated 07.08.2020.
2. Heard Mr.R.Sankarasubbu, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.M.Mohamed Riyaz, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.
3. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner is directed to offer the sureties as per the order passed by the Court below on 07.08.2020, within a period of 10 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this Court. It is made clear that no further extension of time will
be granted by this Court. If the sureties are not executed within the time stipulated by this Court, the Bail granted by the Court below shall stand cancelled automatically.
4. This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of accordingly.
