Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to issue an order of Interim Direction, permitting the Petitioner University to admit students into the courses offered by it through the distance learning mode during the academic year 2017-2018, in WMP No.10229 of 2017 pending disposal of the Writ Petition.37992/2016.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.A.JENASENAN, Advocate for the petitioner the court made the following order:- The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this miscellaneous petition with liberty to file a separate Writ Petition for the issue involved in this miscellaneous petition.

Granting such liberty, this miscellaneous petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
