1. This application is filed to issue subpoena to the attesting witness, namely, P.Arul Raj, to the Will dated 02.09.1993.

2. Considering the fact that examination of the attesting witnesses to the Will is mandatory to prove the Will, this Application is ordered, as prayed for.

3. The Registry is directed to issue summons to the said attesting witness for appearance before the concerned Master on 19.02.2024.
