The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw these criminal revision cases and he has also made an endorsement to that effect in Crl.R.C.No.243 of 2023. 2.In view of the submission and the endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, these criminal revision cases stand dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to agitate the matter before the competent Revenue Official while considering the procedure of confiscation and in this regard, the Revenue Officials are directed to give notice to the petitioner.
