C.M.P.No.1186 of 2023 in C.M.A.SR.No.5120 of 2023 N.MALA,J, This Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 225 days in filing the above Civil Miscellaneous Appeal.

2.Though notice was served to the respondents, none appeared before this Court. 3.At the time of hearing of the petition, this Court directed the petitioner to file better affidavit. The better affidavit is filed and I have gone through the affidavits filed in support of the petition and I am satisfied with the reasons stated therein, therefore, the delay of 225 days is condoned.

4. Registry is directed to number the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal, if it is otherwise in order and post the same 'for admission'.

Registry is further directed to print the name of the respondents counsel at the time of admission. Accordingly, this CMP is ordered.
