ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence under Sections 406, 420, and 506(1) of IPC, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.
3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the charge sheet has been filed. Therefore, the petitioner may be directed to appear before the Court concerned.

5. Accordingly, this petition stands dismissed by giving liberty to the petitioner to approach the jurisdictional Court for appropriate remedies.
