These civil miscellaneous petitions have been filed by the petitioners seeking to condone the delay of 151, 234 & 366 days in filing the above appeals, respectively.

Ms.H.Mary Sowmi Rexi, learned counsel, who takes notice for first respondent / caveator in C.M.P.No.1960 of 2024, submitted that she has no objection in allowing the petition.

Mr.Abishek Murthy, learned Government Advocate, who takes notice for second respondent in all petitions, submitted that he has no objection in allowing the petitions.

Having regard to the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of these petitions and being satisfied with the same, the delay is condoned and these petitions are accordingly ordered.
