The present prayer in the criminal original petition is to call for the records in FIR.No.211 of 2017 from the file of the 1st Respondent Police and quash the same in so far as the petitioner is concerned.
2. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the first respondent submitted that, since the Charge sheet has been laid in C.C.No.48 of 2018, the prayer as sought for in the present petition has become infructous.

3. Hence this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the charge sheet in the manner known to law.
